Director of Programming — Upstate Region

What you'll do

• Oversee school-related programs and long-term service delivery objectives
• ensure school activities follow organizational policies
• identify service gaps and maintain community partnerships
• report program operations and grant compliance
• manage approved site budgets and program data
• recruit, train, assign, and supervise site staff and volunteers
• support onboarding and staff development
• make scheduled school-site visits
• coordinate with the AmeriCorps Program Director.
