What you'll do

• Conduct mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• develop treatment plans with clients
• provide individual, group, and/or family therapy
• maintain clinical documentation
• collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals
• participate in case conferences, meetings, and supervision
• monitor progress and adjust treatment
• complete professional development and training
• deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed services
• provide transportation for consumers as needed.
