What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers, style shoppers, and explain the refill process
• open and close the store
• handle register and cash
• maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and the refill station
• hire, train, schedule, and provide feedback to staff
• monitor sales and suggest promotions and displays
• track inventory, flag reorders, receive shipments, and manage shrink
• apply store policies and resolve customer issues
• represent the business at community events and partnerships
• assist with social media content when needed
• attend weekly Monday team meetings and update ownership.
