Quality & Safety Director

What you'll do

• Inspect incoming materials and fabricated components
• verify dimensional accuracy, weld quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications
• document welding inspections
• maintain welder qualification and quality records
• coordinate corrective actions
• oversee coating and lining quality
• train employees
• coordinate equipment calibration
• develop and enforce safety procedures
• conduct safety meetings and inspections
• investigate concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Why this role

Active Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and current OSHA 10-hour certification are required. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.
