What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive patient exams and medical work-ups
• communicate with and educate clients
• perform diagnostic procedures and surgery if desired
• maintain medical records
• prescribe medications and follow controlled-substance protocols
• promote teamwork and staff efficiency
• coordinate priorities with the Hospital Manager
• monitor hospital cases and protocols
• participate in rounds when possible and in practice updates and training.
