• lead cross-functional and multi-site sourcing initiatives

• govern savings methodology and reconciliation with Finance
• build category management processes, supplier scorecards, and sourcing standards
• lead supplier negotiations and reviews
• mentor procurement colleagues
• identify and mitigate supply risks
• ensure sourcing decisions meet applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
