What you'll do

• Provide nutrition counseling to high-risk participants and develop SOAP-format care plans
• assist with WIC eligibility, appointments, certification, assessments, and food packages
• document participant data, counseling, and referrals
• promote and educate about breastfeeding
• facilitate group nutrition classes
• train and mentor clinic staff and trainees
• evaluate learning activities
• keep current with WIC policies and relevant programs
• attend workshops and community events.
