What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn patients
• monitor maternal and fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring
• administer prescribed medications, fluids, blood products, and treatments
• assist with deliveries, cesarean sections, and obstetric emergencies
• respond to complications
• perform newborn assessments and immediate care
• educate patients and families
• maintain EMR records
• collaborate with the care team
• follow safety and infection-prevention standards.

Why this role

Night shift; 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call work as required. Active Michigan RN license or eligibility, BLS, ACLS, and NRP are required; two years of recent Labor and Delivery experience is preferred.
