What you'll do

• Assist with planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and analysis for one major project or several smaller projects
• forecast and analyze costs, exposures, and profits
• develop build schedules
• assist with permits and schedule impacts
• develop project-specific processes
• coordinate day-to-day construction activities with the superintendent
• evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs
• liaise with clients, company departments, subcontractors, and government officials
• support substantial completion and closeout documentation.
