What you'll do

• Conduct medical management and health education programs for government health care program customers
• gather, analyze, and provide data for regulatory reports
• represent the company to members
• conduct field visits in members’ homes and nursing facilities
• discuss medical needs with members and interface with internal staff, management, vendors, and community resources
• travel within the assigned territory. Requires an RN, LPC, or LMSW as specified, applicable unrestricted state licensure, and a current driver’s license, transportation, and insurance.
