Program Director

The Program Director role is onsite in Keller, WA. Compensation is $22–$23 per hour. Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County provides young people ages 5–18 with a safe, positive place before and after school and during summer, supporting their development and potential. Reporting to the Unit Director, the Program Director plans and coordinates activities, maintains a safe and engaging club environment, and supports youth development staff. The role advances youth outcomes in academic success, character, citizenship, and healthy lifestyles.

What you'll do

• Plan and integrate youth activities
• manage program supplies and schedules
• maintain health and safety
• provide trauma-informed behavioral guidance
• promote programs and attendance
• support outcome documentation and childcare licensing
• assist with staff support and supervision when directed
• engage youth in sports, STEM, and arts and crafts.
