What you'll do

• Navigate operations and client-relations software to retrieve patient and facility information
• use Microsoft Outlook
• understand products, coverage, and service areas
• build rapport with patients
• manage inbound and outbound calls
• review Medicare, private insurance, and Medicaid patient files
• correspond with referring internal contacts
• assist management with administrative tasks
• identify product-enhancement opportunities
• communicate through Medchat, email, text, and phone
• maintain workflow and phone-focused KPIs.
