What you'll do
- Respond to condominium service calls
- diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC equipment, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, rooftop units, and split systems
- repair existing equipment for safe and efficient operation
- occasionally replace and install equipment
- maintain service records
- coordinate with building management and residents to minimize disruption
