Maintenance Supervisor — Kenilworth

Job overview

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Overland Park, KS, with compensation of $35–$38 per hour. The position supports Avanti Residential’s Kenilworth apartment community, a 246-unit property. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities. The role leads property maintenance operations to keep the community safe, functional, and ready for residents. It coordinates staff, preventive maintenance, repairs, vendors, inventory, and budgets in partnership with the Community Manager.

What you'll do

• Direct maintenance staff and set daily priorities and schedules
• maintain and complete preventive maintenance
• inspect apartments and oversee move-in readiness
• ensure work orders are completed promptly and safely
• coordinate 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-call coverage
• arrange prompt emergency repairs
• communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members.
