Material Expediter – Flexible Packaging (AM Shift)

What you'll do

• Ensure the correct stock type and quantity are available at presses according to schedule
• return unused stock to the warehouse
• maintain inventory entries and stock-size changes
• deliver non-stock items
• keep aisles clear and press stock areas orderly
• record stock use
• coordinate with lead press operators
• stock presses for the next shift
• assist with physical inventory
• safely use material-transport equipment
• back up the material handler
• dispose of designated waste according to hazardous-waste guidelines.

Why this role

AM shift runs 3:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. on a rotating pattern of three days on, one day off, three days on, and seven days off; 12-hour shifts, no swing shift. Overtime may be required; overtime begins after 36 hours.
