Facilities Lead

This role exists to oversee facility operations, including preventative maintenance, budgeting, and project management. The Facilities Lead ensures that all building systems and services meet company standards while managing a team and responding to maintenance requests.

What you'll do

• Lead facility operations for assigned buildings.
• Plan preventative maintenance, budgets, and capital projects.
• Schedule and perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work.
• Ensure landscaping and janitorial services meet standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
