What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and service existing insurance accounts
• identify cross-selling opportunities and generate new business
• conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage
• assist with policy changes, billing, renewals, and claims questions
• prepare quotes and explain customer options
• occasionally follow up with prospective customers and sales leads
• maintain accurate records
• collaborate with the team on agency goals.
