The Powder Coat Painter, Second Shift role is onsite in Louisville, KY, with pay of $20 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m.–3:30 a.m. Fabricated Metals is a family-owned manufacturer focused on producing quality products and maintaining long-term relationships. The painter prepares and coats manufactured components, then checks finished work against quality specifications. The role supports production by operating coating equipment safely, maintaining tools, and following hazardous-material and personal-protective-equipment requirements.

What you'll do

• Prepare metal components by cleaning, sanding, masking, blasting, and degreasing
• mix and apply paints and coatings
• operate spray guns and coating systems
• inspect finished products for defects, thickness, and color accuracy
• maintain equipment
• follow PPE, ventilation, and hazardous-material procedures
• and record production and defects.
