Business Development Manager

What you'll do

• Build and execute a territory growth plan
• generate and qualify leads through outreach, site visits, referrals, networking, and events
• conduct discovery meetings
• partner with technical teams on HVAC and refrigeration solutions
• present proposals and follow up
• negotiate and close opportunities
• coordinate costs, margins, billing terms, and approvals
• maintain sales documentation and CRM records
• develop account plans and customer relationships
• coordinate operational handoffs
• forecast pipeline and report performance.
