What you'll do

• Follow claims protocols for documentation, coverage verification, and file management
• maintain organized claims files and data integrity
• manage significant client relationships
• investigate exposures and set indemnity and expense reserves
• develop resolution strategies, negotiate, and close matters
• attend trials and mediations when necessary
• manage defense counsel and litigation strategy
• communicate with insureds and internal stakeholders
• mentor and train claims staff.
