What you'll do

• Lead projects from initial estimate through completion
• generate estimates using Innergy and internal tools
• liaise with clients, architects, and contractors on scope and specifications
• prepare bids and proposals
• oversee budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• track milestones and quality
• collaborate with design and production teams
• resolve site issues. Innergy proficiency is required
• experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, or architectural woodworking and project management and estimating is required.
