National Process Excellence Director

What you'll do

• Lead national process and change initiatives
• set goals and track improvement outcomes
• lead operational efficiency efforts
• streamline operations software, tools, processes, and resources
• partner with Learning and Development, Knowledge Management, Lean, and IT
• evaluate and prioritize operations-related change requests
• lead Process Excellence, Knowledge Management, and operations process training functions
• maintain process documentation and repository
• coach and manage team members.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, business management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, and 12+ years of related business process improvement experience.
