Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with compensation of $28–$32 per hour. The role supports the operation and revitalization of a distressed residential community in coordination with the Regional Manager. The position exists to improve occupancy, operational efficiency, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. It oversees daily property operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, staff, compliance, and reporting to help stabilize the community.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations and compliance
• inspect the property and coordinate maintenance and repairs
• manage service requests, vendors, and on-site staff
• handle resident concerns
• lead leasing and marketing activity and monitor occupancy and conversion
• manage rent collection, delinquency processes, budgets, financial records, and reports
• maintain resident and vendor documentation
• train and coach team members.
