What you'll do

• Oversee church financial operations, payroll, and financial reporting
• support the annual budget process
• oversee and record weekly contributions
• organize, approve, pay, and record accounts payable
• prepare twice-monthly payroll for approximately 15 church staff and approximately 20 preschool employees from August through May
• run monthly and requested reports
• attend weekly staff meetings and bi-monthly Finance Committee meetings
• record stewardship pledges and provide projections.
