What you'll do

• Manage and retain customer accounts
• conduct service visits, testing, inspections, reporting, troubleshooting, and program optimization
• develop treatment strategies and chemical feed/control programs
• identify new business opportunities
• provide technical support
• prepare proposals, quotes, reports, KPIs, and presentations
• collaborate with operations, technical support, and leadership.
