What you'll do

• Manage compliance requirements, deadlines, and reporting for tax credits and incentives across jurisdictions
• prepare, review, and submit filings, certifications, and reports
• ensure reporting aligns with agreements and applicable statutes
• maintain compliance calendars and records
• prepare for audits and agency inquiries
• monitor performance against incentive requirements
• identify and escalate risks
• support internal policies, procedures, and playbooks.
