Job overview

The CNC Operator role is onsite in Tiffin, OH, with pay of $25–$35 per hour. The operator supports Arnold Machine’s equipment manufacturing activity by machining precision parts. The role operates and sets up CNC mills and lathes, adjusts programs and machining parameters, and checks finished parts against print specifications. It contributes to production quality through measurement, equipment upkeep, and coordination with the team.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC mills and lathes
• set up work, select tooling, program and edit programs, and adjust speeds and feeds
• machine and inspect parts against print specifications and tolerances
• perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
• coordinate work with team members and across projects
• read blueprints and use measuring devices
• operate forklifts and cranes after training.

Why this role

First-shift schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM. HAAS and Mazatrol controls are a plus; G-code knowledge and blueprint reading are required.
