Armed Supervisor, Field Operations — Bay Area

The Armed Supervisor, Field Operations role is hybrid, with onsite leadership four days per week and remote duties one day per week across Bay Area client sites. Compensation is $30 per hour, plus a $180 weekly stipend for on-call coverage. Global Secure 3 provides security and risk management services to clients across several industries.

What you'll do

• Lead armed and unarmed security personnel across multiple sites
• verify staff credentials and compliance
• coordinate with client and store managers
• ensure posts are staffed and cover posts during call-offs, shortages, or emergencies
• respond to incidents and coordinate with law enforcement when required
• manage schedules and timekeeping
• document incidents
• conduct performance reviews
• train officers on Striven
• maintain confidentiality.

Why this role

Active California BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit and a valid California driver’s license are required. Candidates are expected to obtain a CCW permit within 6–12 months. Flexible hours and participation in an on-call rotation are required.
