What you'll do

• Prepare food trays for general and therapeutic diets and special diet foods
• deliver requested items and food carts to resident care units
• maintain the tray line
• operate dishwashers and record wash/rinse temperatures
• wash specified items by hand
• clean kitchen, storage, and refrigerator areas
• assist with salads, desserts, and nourishments
• follow infection prevention and control practices.
