The CNA supports residents’ daily experiences by assisting with activities of daily living, following personalized care plans, and promoting dignity, independence, and well-being. The role also observes and communicates changes to the nursing team and works with other community teams to provide coordinated resident support.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with dressing, eating, grooming, hygiene, mobility, communication, and toileting
• follow personalized care plans and promote dignity and independence
• observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team
• build relationships with residents and families
• participate in community activities, wellness programs, dining experiences, and events
• collaborate with Health & Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle, and Hospitality teams
• document services provided or declined
• provide professional, respectful, timely, personalized care
• assist with medication administration only where licensed.
