What you'll do

• Assess learners’ digital skills and set training goals
• provide individual or small-group introductory digital skills coaching in homes and on-site
• assist with affordable internet service and device options
• track learner progress and report outcomes
• maintain a phone-based tech support system
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• configure and maintain devices and software
• manage accounts and security settings as assigned
• document inventory and support work
• log and resolve tickets
• and collaborate with IT staff and other departments. The role requires travel to ACHA and community locations.
