Outside Sales Representative & Trainer — Supplemental Insurance

The Outside Sales Representative & Trainer role is onsite in McMinnville, OR, with in-person business-to-business work and travel within and outside the region, including occasional overnight trips. What you'll do

• Engage potential clients, introduce supplemental insurance products, and build relationships
• work toward individual and team goals
• lead by example and mentor new team members as training responsibilities are taken on
• travel within and outside the designated region, including occasional overnight trips
• obtain a state health insurance license after joining, with assistance and reimbursement available.
