Construction Project Manager

Job overview

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Chestertown, MD, with work hours of 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Compensation is $80,000–$120,000 per year. What you'll do

• Manage construction projects from initiation through closeout
• establish scope, objectives, and deliverables
• develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• manage procurement, cost control, and change orders
• inspect sites and monitor safety and regulatory compliance
• maintain project documentation
• report progress and risks
• and lead project teams.
