What you'll do

• Handle U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, and prosecution
• review trademark searches
• prepare USPTO office-action responses
• advise on portfolio development and protection
• support enforcement, cease-and-desist matters, domain disputes, UDRP and TTAB proceedings
• counsel on branding, advertising, social media, and copyright matters.
