What you'll do
- Performs spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, and seal/grout.
- Scrubs, shines, and repairs carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
- Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors and stairways.
- Moves large furniture and objects.
- Maintains the janitor closet.
- Follows manufacturer specifications for chemicals and equipment.
- Ensures building security.
- Reports hazards to supervisors.
