What you'll do

• Manage relationships with assigned taxpayer clients
• guide clients through job submission, processing, and e-filing
• monitor account activity and resolve concerns
• collaborate with Partner Experience and internal support teams
• document interactions in CRM systems
• track and report client performance metrics
• escalate complex issues while maintaining client communication
• identify process improvement opportunities.
