What you'll do

• Serve as structural lead on projects and manage scope, schedule, and deliverables
• coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients
• conduct design reviews and guide junior engineers and drafters
• participate in project planning, budgeting, and risk assessments
• and maintain technical competence in relevant codes and technologies.
