What you'll do

• Work with the clinical care team
• support chart preparation and care-gap follow-up
• set up equipment and perform tests, injections, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing
• obtain histories and vital signs
• process blood draws and specimens
• prepare patients and rooms
• follow up on orders and approved refills
• communicate results as directed
• assist with patient education and paperwork
• maintain confidentiality and an organized work area.
