Outside Plant Class A CDL Driver

The Outside Plant Class A CDL Driver role is onsite in Manassas, VA. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour. Network Connex supports fiber-optic and underground construction operations. The driver transports heavy equipment, materials, and crews between jobsites and provides hands-on field support. This combined driving and labor role helps construction crews mobilize, prepare worksites, and complete daily operations safely.

What you'll do

• Operate Class A commercial and construction support vehicles
• transport and secure excavators, directional drills, HDD equipment, tools, materials, and other heavy equipment
• operate vacuum and water trucks as needed
• inspect vehicles before and after trips
• maintain vehicle and transportation documentation
• support underground utility, fiber-optic, HDD, and outside-plant construction crews
• assist with crew mobilization, jobsite setup and cleanup, fueling, basic equipment maintenance, and general labor
• follow DOT, OSHA, company, customer, and jobsite safety requirements.
