IT Business Systems Analyst — Salesforce and Order-to-Cash

The IT Business Systems Analyst role is onsite in Creve Coeur, MO, and pays $30–$32 per hour. ZipStaff is recruiting for a client described as a global leader in consumer packaged goods; the analyst will support large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives. The analyst elicits and documents requirements, evaluates current and future processes, and translates business objectives into technology-enabled solutions. The role aligns business and IT stakeholders and supports solution design, testing, implementation readiness, and continuous improvement, with Salesforce and/or Order-to-Cash experience central to the opportunity.

What you'll do

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and validation
• analyze current- and future-state processes and identify gaps and opportunities
• translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• facilitate cross-functional discussions
• support solution design, testing, traceability, and implementation readiness
• assess business impacts, risks, and dependencies
• recommend continuous improvements and provide business analysis guidance as needed.
