What you'll do

• Evaluate, investigate, document, and close complex medical-device complaints
• serve as a subject matter expert on complaint handling and regulatory requirements
• support vigilance and adverse-event reporting
• review complaint files for compliance and data integrity
• analyze complaint and surveillance datasets
• develop metrics, dashboards, and reports
• use SQL and analytical tools to extract and validate data
• support CAPA, risk management, and continuous improvement
• author and revise procedures and training materials
• mentor complaint teams
• support audits, inspections, and management reviews
• collaborate with cross-functional teams.
