The lead establishes standards, workflows, and a team to turn civil plans, survey data, drone imagery, and LiDAR into construction-ready models and verified quantities. The work connects estimating, project management, field operations, and robotics software so project teams and autonomous equipment can use accurate site data.

What you'll do

• Lead geospatial, CAD, and survey work from bid-stage takeoff through machine-control models, progress surveys, and as-builts
• build and quality-check 3D design surfaces, corridor models, and machine-control files
• establish site control and coordinate systems
• plan and process drone and LiDAR surveys
• produce earthwork takeoffs and cut/fill analyses
• define data pipelines for Mission Control
• document procedures and quality checklists
• hire, train, and manage technicians
• support field grade checks, stakeout, and model revisions
• maintain project GIS layers.
