What you'll do

• Welcome and assist residents, guests, and vendors
• manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins
• coordinate authorized vendor access
• maintain resident confidentiality
• respond to concerns and emergencies and escalate when needed
• log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink
• support resident relations and service improvements.
