What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day employee relations advice and coaching
• review corrective action and performance management and complete termination documentation
• identify legal and compliance risks
• partner with Legal and Accommodation teams on complex issues
• conduct and document investigations and recommend actions
• support manager training and annual performance reviews
• track employee relations trends and develop solutions.

Why this role

Requires at least six years of direct employee relations experience managing complex, high-risk, sensitive cases and knowledge of U.S. employment law, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, FMLA, and USERRA. English/Spanish bilingual ability is preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.
