What you'll do

• Set up and break down the dishwashing machine
• wash tableware, silverware, pots, and pans
• monitor water temperatures and chemical levels
• rewash items as needed
• store clean items
• manage soiled linen, trash, and recycling
• maintain clean floors and kitchen areas
• clean and organize storage areas
• follow health, safety, and sanitation rules
• report equipment issues
• assist with prep duties as needed.
