What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize production machinery, equipment, and facility areas
• handle cleaning chemicals according to safety precautions
• remove and dispose of waste and recycling
• document sanitation activities
• prioritize work to support production
• use an ATP bioluminescence device to verify cleaning
• troubleshoot sanitation failures
• follow safety procedures, GMP, SOP, SSOP, HACCP, and FQP requirements.
