What you'll do

• Coordinate and assign shifts using home care software
• manage calendars and incoming shift requests
• develop and maintain client care plans and caregiver schedules
• coordinate prospect assessments, paperwork, and new client starts
• follow up with clients
• maintain records and facilitate communication
• address cancellations, call-offs, no-shows, and scheduling conflicts
• may assist with caregiver recruitment, screening, onboarding, and training.
