What you'll do

• Maintain and repair HVAC and ventilation systems
• perform electrical and plumbing repairs
• service appliances
• complete light carpentry, drywall, hardware, flooring, cabinet, and countertop work
• prepare units for occupancy
• assist with seasonal maintenance
• inspect and clean common mechanical and storage areas.
