The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Caregiver — Morning Shift role is onsite in clients’ homes across South Orange County, CA, including Lake Forest and the listed surrounding communities. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. 2nd Family provides non-medical home health care for older adults. The caregiver provides one-on-one support with daily living and helps clients maintain comfort, dignity, and safety at home. Following care plans and schedules, communicating with families and supervisors, and reporting changes helps the care team provide consistent support.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• support mobility and safe transfers
• prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary preferences or restrictions
• perform light housekeeping
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with errands, shopping, or transportation to appointments
• maintain a safe home environment
• communicate with family members or supervisors
• follow care plans and schedules
• observe and report changes in condition or behavior.
