Automotive Technician – Lube and Tire

The Automotive Technician – Lube and Tire role is onsite in Half Moon Bay, CA. Pay is $25–$35 per hour, based on experience. Half Moon Bay Auto Repair offers work in an established repair shop with a steady customer base. The technician performs routine maintenance and tire services, identifies safety concerns and additional repair needs, and supports experienced technicians as needed. The work helps keep customer vehicles maintained and the shop’s service operations moving efficiently.

What you'll do

• Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance
• mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
• inspect tires and identify safety concerns
• perform brake inspections and basic brake services
• complete vehicle inspections and routine maintenance involving fluids, filters, and belts
• communicate additional maintenance or repair needs
• assist experienced technicians with larger repairs as needed
• and maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
